My name is Zuzka Noah and I am a mother of two beautiful and healthy children – Noemi and Neo. My passion is to inspire and motivate others to healthy habits that can transform the body, health, and energy in life.

Together with my husband Honza, we love raw and vegan food. We founded or are parts of several projects promoting a healthy and conscious lifestyle. This way of life fulfills us and gives us great sense.

We inspire others with our lives. We are happy to share everything that works for us and what we discover on our way to the best possible health and harmonious life.

I believe in miracles.

I organize raw food courses and events, write books, shoot videos and video recipes, prepare lectures and workshops. We are now building a beautiful restaurant and a place for various conscious courses, workshops, and events. We want to motivate others to make healthy changes and support everyone who wants to move forward.

In our other amazing project called Vitalvibe, we import the best organic and raw foods, 100% natural food supplements, and superfoods to Europe.

For 25 years, my family has also been producing magnetotherapy devices. We introduce magnetotherapy as one of the ways to support longevity, vitality, and immunity for those who decided to take responsibility for their long-term health.

It’s never too late to change your life.

The whole family eats raw and vegan food. From the vegan diet, we often use cooked quinoa as a basis for our salads. And we can prepare them in about a million ways. We also cook legumes but not very often. We usually do not eat pastries, potatoes nor rice. Our kids like pasta and rice noodles so why not make them happy. A large part of our diet consists of sprouted legumes, seeds, and activated nuts. We eat a lot of green foods, mostly young barley, chlorella, and spirulina.

And we love various forms of raw chocolate! We make it ourselves in many ways from the highest quality ingredients from Vitalvibe. Intermitten fasting: our path to radiant health

Honza and I keep an intermittent fast every day. It means we do not eat for 16-18 hours a day. We only drink warm filtered water during this period. We use reverse osmosis water filtration. The warm water is the best for supporting the pancreas, which is stressed by carbohydrates as well as more raw food.

Intermittent fasting is a balm for the body. We choose the section of the day when we do not eat differently, but we usually eat only between 1 pm and 8 pm.

Intermittent fasting is one of the principles of longevity because, after about 16 hours of not eating, growth hormone begins to form. Thanks to that our body regenerates and rejuvenates itself. If you don’t eat for 16 hours, your growth hormone will increase by 2000% (men) and 1300% (women). Do you understand what that means? This is absolutely amazing!

The best and most effective trigger of self-healing processes in the body is hunger. It is an alternation of hunger and food. So try not to eat from 7 in the evening to 11 in the morning. Or adjust the time to your regime and eat, for example, from 9 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon. In short, alternate between 16 hours of non-eating and 8 hours of eating. The great part is that you sleep most of the time you don’t eat. :-)

In the first few days, you will get a little hungry and nocturnal eaters will desire to eat everything in the refrigerator. But if you last a few days, you will get used to it and there will be no hunger anymore. And what awaits you is phenomenal!

Amazing things start to happen in your body during intermittent fasting:

  • Human Growth Hormone (HGH) is formed.
    It arises in the cerebral cortex and essentially tells the cells to split into two new ones when needed. In childhood, its level is high and after the age of 25 begins to decrease, and decreases and decreases. And then we feel the tire of fat grow around the waist and lose energy and vitality. Its loss is one of the reasons for aging. It’s great that our cells will start to regenerate again. That’s why kids can do what they want and eat as they want and nothing! Skin without wrinkles and usually not a gram of fat. Although, indeed, today’s children are already so overwhelmed by chemicals and sugars that it is no longer true.
  • Another effect is the increased production of stem cells.
    These cells are able to supplement other cell colonies and there they turn into that cell. Whether it’s muscle, skin, or bone. Also amazing, isn’t it?
  • The hunger hormone ghrelin is normalized.
  • Body fat starts to decrease.
    The body switches to another mode and starts using fats instead of sugars as a source of energy! This is great because you burn fat. It works by the body starting to burn sugars during the hunger, and when it burns them, it starts reaching for supplies and reaching for fats. And because it’s repeated over and over again, he’ll understand that it would be wiser to start burning fat right away and always have energy on hand! Therefore, this condition is good for athletes. They will last much longer and defeat others!

Other regular habits of our family

We try to eat consciously and slowly. We try to chew each bite properly and we always thank the food before eating it. We also teach this to our children and it is a really wonderful family ritual the kids love. It’s great that it can always be conceived differently.

We also include breathing exercises, meditations, walks, movement and most importantly we do what brings us joy. We are grateful for each new day on this amazing planet.

Every day we drink young barley juice and eat chlorella or spirulina. We supplement with vegan Omega 3, liposomal vitamin C, and then occasionally include functional mushrooms such as reishi, cordyceps, chaga or Synergy CBD and MCT oil and various other superfoods from Vitalvibe.

Simply, with every meal, we try to support our body as much as possible and give it energy. We enjoy it and we enjoy the fact that it works perfectly. We feel absolutely amazing in our bodies. We are not sick at all. Not even our children. And so we spread it further through all our projects :-)
