Salted cocoa biscuits

The combination of cocoa and salt is a perfect option, especially when combined with my favorite cookie dough I made up last winter. I believe that this recipe will become one of your favorites.

Directions

  • Put almonds, oatmeal, cocoa powder, and salt in the blender.
    Blend until the almonds release the fat, and a smooth dough is formed.
  • Put the dough in a bowl. Add maple syrup and heated (liquid) coconut oil.
    Create a dough – mix all the ingredients by hand.
  • Create balls and press them with a fork to make the cookies shape.

Notes

  • TIP: You can also bake the cookies to create a vegan version. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes on baking paper.
