Salted cocoa biscuits
Course: Desserts, SweetsCuisine: RAW, VeganDifficulty: EasyThe combination of cocoa and salt is a perfect option, especially when combined with my favorite cookie dough I made up last winter. I believe that this recipe will become one of your favorites.
Ingredients
200 g BIO almonds
100 g BIO oatmeal
40 g RAW BIO cocoa powder
60 ml of coconut oil
5 g Himalayan salt
30 ml of organic maple syrup
Directions
- Put almonds, oatmeal, cocoa powder, and salt in the blender.
Blend until the almonds release the fat, and a smooth dough is formed. - Put the dough in a bowl. Add maple syrup and heated (liquid) coconut oil.
Create a dough – mix all the ingredients by hand. - Create balls and press them with a fork to make the cookies shape.
Notes
- TIP: You can also bake the cookies to create a vegan version. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes on baking paper.
