700 ml of coconut milk
2 bananas
½ bag of Lion’s Mane drink by Four Sigmatic
1 tbsp of young barley
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of Collagen Sunwarrior (natural, vanilla, or chocolate)
1 scoop of Sunwarrior Protein (natural/vanilla/chocolate)
Directions
- Put all ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and blend them into a smooth smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass, add chia seeds, mix and let them swell for 10 minutes.
