Buckwheat Cumin sticks with Chia seeds

Cumin sticks that satisfy and also nourish you. They are also great as a snack for traveling or as a side dish to vegetable spreads or dressings.

Ingredients

  • 250 g of soaked sunflower seeds

  • 150 g of chia seeds

  • 150 g of buckwheat flakes

  • 50g of nutritional yeast

  • 1 tsp. himalayan salt

  • 1 tsp. of crushed or grounded cumin

  • 1/2 glass of water

Directions

  • Thoroughly blend all ingredients except water and pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Add water and knead the dough.
  • Spread it on a plate from your dryer or on baking paper.
  • Cut the desired shape of the sticks and put the plate in the dryer at 42 degrees for 8 hours.
    We can also bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes to create a vegan version.
