Buckwheat Cumin sticks with Chia seeds
Course: Sides, SnacksCuisine: RAW, VeganDifficulty: EasyCumin sticks that satisfy and also nourish you. They are also great as a snack for traveling or as a side dish to vegetable spreads or dressings.
Ingredients
250 g of soaked sunflower seeds
150 g of chia seeds
150 g of buckwheat flakes
50g of nutritional yeast
1 tsp. himalayan salt
1 tsp. of crushed or grounded cumin
1/2 glass of water
Directions
- Thoroughly blend all ingredients except water and pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add water and knead the dough.
- Spread it on a plate from your dryer or on baking paper.
- Cut the desired shape of the sticks and put the plate in the dryer at 42 degrees for 8 hours.
We can also bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes to create a vegan version.
