If you love spreads and horseradish, try this vegan version of horseradish spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado

  • 100 g BIO cashew nuts

  • 50 ml water

  • juice from ½ lemon

  • 2 cm of horseraddish

  • Himalayan salt

  • 2 tbsp of BIO mustard

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients on a spread and put it in a bowl.
  • Spread on crackers, slices of vegetables, or homemade sourdough bread.
