If you love spreads and horseradish, try this vegan version of horseradish spread.
100 g BIO cashew nuts
50 ml water
juice from ½ lemon
2 cm of horseraddish
2 tbsp of BIO mustard
- Blend all the ingredients on a spread and put it in a bowl.
- Spread on crackers, slices of vegetables, or homemade sourdough bread.
