minutesA variation on a great and very simple chive spread made of sunflower.
Ingredients
100 g BIO sunflower seeds
½ cucumber
2 tbsp of BIO mustard
Himalayan salt
a small handful of chives (part for a spread, part for decoration)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender.
- Finely chop part of the chives and mix into the spread.
- Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, or on homemade sourdough bread.
