A variation on a great and very simple chive spread made of sunflower.

Ingredients

  • 100 g BIO sunflower seeds

  • ½ cucumber

  • 2 tbsp of BIO mustard

  • Himalayan salt

  • a small handful of chives (part for a spread, part for decoration)

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender.
  • Finely chop part of the chives and mix into the spread.
  • Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, or on homemade sourdough bread.
