Mango ice cream is one of our favorite ice creams. If you add fresh herbs to the frozen mango, a small miracle will happen. Be sure to try it.

Ingredients

  • 1 whole sliced frozen mango

  • 3 tablespoons of coconut yogurt

  • A small handful of fresh lemon balm

  • A small handful of fresh mint

Directions

  • Peel the mango and cut it into cubes and freeze.
  • Put the frozen mango in a blender together with the coconut yogurt and herbs.
  • Blend the ice cream with a blender and a tamper.
