Mango ice cream is one of our favorite ice creams. If you add fresh herbs to the frozen mango, a small miracle will happen. Be sure to try it.
1 whole sliced frozen mango
3 tablespoons of coconut yogurt
A small handful of fresh lemon balm
A small handful of fresh mint
- Peel the mango and cut it into cubes and freeze.
- Put the frozen mango in a blender together with the coconut yogurt and herbs.
- Blend the ice cream with a blender and a tamper.
