This recipe is simple and will surprise you with a sprinkle of almond flour, which is perfect in combination with nutritional yeast.
2 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of high quality nutritional yeast
juice from half of a lemon or lime
30 g of almond flour (either purchased or blend almonds into flour)
- Tear or cut the salad into smaller pieces.
- Add salt.
- Pour lemon juice and oil.
- Add the yeast, and most of the almond flour.
- Mix well.
- Cover the salad with the remaining almond flour and garnish according to your imagination.
