Simple Salad with Almond Sprinkles

This recipe is simple and will surprise you with a sprinkle of almond flour, which is perfect in combination with nutritional yeast.


  • 1/2 lettuce

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 2 tbsp of high quality nutritional yeast

  • juice from half of a lemon or lime

  • 30 g of almond flour (either purchased or blend almonds into flour)

  • Himalayan salt


  • Tear or cut the salad into smaller pieces.
  • Add salt.
  • Pour lemon juice and oil.
  • Add the yeast, and most of the almond flour.
  • Mix well.
  • Cover the salad with the remaining almond flour and garnish according to your imagination.
